Readers can expect weekly digests on what I personally consider the most interesting film news from the past week, where I take a look at recent box office performances, upcoming releases, and any other industry tidbits I think are worth highlighting. I’ll also throw in some personal recommendations on other media that I’ve been enjoying such as podcasts, books, TV shows, or sports entertainment.
Readers can expect weekly written reviews from me of the latest major film releases and likely awards contenders, each graded on a letter scale ranging from as low as F up to as high as S Tier. I also write about a few of the films I didn’t get to write a solo review for via monthly “impressions” posts.
Since the 2021 awards season, I’ve been tracking and predicting the awards race. Readers can expect regular updates to my projections for the Super Bowl of film award shows, beginning just before the Cannes Film Festival and continuing through the week of the big show.
